What this policy covers
This policy explains how YourRep! handles information in the iPhone app, Apple Watch app and this website.
Data processed by the app
YourRep! processes the following information on your devices to provide its training features:
- workout plans, exercise history, repetitions, set timing and training preferences;
- motion data from iPhone or Apple Watch to detect and analyse repetitions;
- heart-rate data when you choose to allow HealthKit access;
- custom exercise images when you choose one from your photo library or take a photo.
This information is used only to provide the app's training, review and backup features. YourRep! has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs or third-party analytics.
Where your information is stored
Training data, settings and custom images are stored locally on your device. If iCloud Drive is available and enabled for YourRep!, the app may copy its latest backup to your own iCloud Drive once per day. That backup contains training plans, exercise history, settings and custom exercise images. We do not operate a separate YourRep! cloud database and do not receive or access those backups.
HealthKit and Apple Watch
With your permission, YourRep! uses Apple HealthKit to run strength-training sessions and to read relevant heart-rate information. It can also save a workout started in YourRep! to Apple Health. You can review or change Health access at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings. Data transferred between your iPhone and Apple Watch is used to keep the workout experience in sync.
Camera and photos
YourRep! requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add a custom exercise image. Those images remain on your device and are included only in a backup you choose to keep available through iCloud Drive.
Website data
This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may process basic technical connection information, such as an IP address and browser request data, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use this information to identify you or create profiles.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your app data with advertisers, data brokers or analytics providers. Apple may process information when you use Apple services such as HealthKit, iCloud Drive or the App Store, subject to Apple's own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Your app data remains on your devices until you remove it. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device. If you use iCloud Drive backups, you can also remove the backup from iCloud Drive. See Privacy Choices for practical guidance.
Your questions and rights
If you have a privacy question or a request under applicable law, email support@yourrep-app.com. Because we do not operate user accounts or a server-side training database, we cannot access or retrieve your local training data for you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or website changes. The current version will always be available at this address.
