How these terms work
These app-specific terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA, which governs the license to use YourRep! unless a different license is provided in the App Store. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Training and health
You are responsible for choosing exercises, technique and training loads that are appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek qualified advice if you experience pain, dizziness or any other concerning symptoms.
Information shown by YourRep!, including heart-rate context, repetition counts, movement metrics and workout summaries, is provided for general training purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a condition.
Measurements are estimates
Rep counts, velocity, range of motion, fatigue indicators, heart-rate context and other measurements can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Results depend on movement, device position, sensors, permissions and the connection between devices. Use them as training context, not as a safety-critical or medical measurement.
Secure device placement
YourRep! does not provide, recommend or certify any attachment method, magnet, MagSafe accessory or gym equipment setup. If you use an iPhone as a movement sensor, do so only when it can be secured safely for the entire exercise.
- Before every set, check that the device and any accessory are secure, undamaged and cannot fall, slip or interfere with moving equipment.
- Keep the device away from moving weights, pinch points and people. Never place it where a dropped or detached device could cause injury or damage.
- Magnets and MagSafe are not a guarantee of a safe attachment. Follow the instructions and limits of the device, accessory and equipment manufacturers.
- If a safe placement is not possible, use Apple Watch tracking instead or do not use the device as a sensor for that exercise.
Apple services and backups
Apple Watch, HealthKit, iCloud Drive and the App Store are Apple services and subject to Apple's applicable terms and availability. Backups can help preserve your training history, but you should check that the backup option you choose is available and current before relying on it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to support@yourrep-app.com.
